Level Up aims to empower the labor force of European SMEs in digital competencies, through the development and provision of short-term training courses focusing on the following key capacity areas: Cybersecurity, Data Literacy, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, microelectronics / microcontrollers, Internet of Things, 3D printing and 3D modelling, cloud and programming.

GAEA

GAEA is a forward-looking project that aims to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in the agricultural sector for young rural women not in employment, education or training (NEET).

The project is aligned with the latest priorities of the EU, namely the GAEA includes the priorities of sustainable development and the green transition. The project is also aligned with the EU's common agricultural policy.


The main objective of the project is to provide a close-knit base among the key stakeholders of the sector by introducing a one-stop digital platform. The platform will include key training materials , industry links, mentoring and coaching opportunities, and a highly innovative UI-based application that will enable young women to assess their skills against the ESCO classification. The multidisciplinary partnership, which consists of 13 partners from 10 EU countries, will develop a pan-European digital ecosystem for young women entrepreneurs in agriculture, which will be developed in such a way that it can be maintained and further developed even after the end of the three-year project.


The platform will be equipped with a highly innovative mobile application that uses UI and will allow users to assess skills and access accurate skill profiling, which will be used as a basis for choosing the most suitable careers for them. The project will also include a highly interactive educational program , the main goal of which will be the transfer of knowledge and skills in the field of agriculture and entrepreneurship with the help of innovative approaches.

Distance Educator- Training Educators of Adults in the digital age

In this age of rapid technological and economic change, life-long learning is becoming a way of life, but the COVID-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges to all types and levels of learning, including vocational education training (VET) and adult learning in general. This is because the COVID-19 pandemic has forced a digitalisation of education and rapidly pushed education and training systems to explore new ways of teaching and learning. However, adult learning providers and educators face multiple challenges in continuing their learning offers and adapting to the new situation. Therefore, the aim of the project is to help educators and other adult education staff improve or even acquire new digital and teaching skills and competencies.

Fund Operator for a Civil Society Programme comprising the pre-defined projects ‘Home for Cooperation’ and ‘Centre for Visual Arts and Research’

GrantXpert is the Fund Operator for the Civil Society Programme in Cyprus comprising two pre-defined projects. The Civil Society Programme is established by the EEA and Norway grants Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 and its aim is to strengthen civil society and active citizenship as well as empower vulnerable groups in Cyprus.

Fund Operator of the Active Citizens Fund programme in Cyprus

The consortium of GrantXpert and NGO Support Centre has been selected as Fund Operator, responsible for managing the Active Citizens Fund 2014-2021 in Cyprus. The objective of the Programme is: ‘Civil society and active citizenship strengthened and vulnerable groups empowered’. The Active Citizens Fund in Cyprus is established with the support of the EEA and Norway grants Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 (funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
