The consortium of GrantXpert and NGO Support Centre has been selected as Fund Operator, responsible for managing the Active Citizens Fund 2014-2021 in Cyprus. The objective of the Programme is: ‘Civil society and active citizenship strengthened and vulnerable groups empowered’. The Active Citizens Fund in Cyprus is established with the support of the EEA and Norway grants Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 (funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).

The Civil Society Programme is established by the EEA and Norway grants Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 and its aim is to strengthen civil society and active citizenship as well as empower vulnerable groups in Cyprus.
SENSEE

SENSEE is an Erasmus+ project designed to cultivate STEM skills and an entrepreneurial mindset in 6 to 12-year-old students with limited learning opportunities. The project aims to increase students’ engagement in non-formal learning activities that combine STEM and entrepreneurial experiences, while also supporting educators in nurturing these competencies, especially among disadvantaged students.
NAVI-MIG: Supporting migrants navigate essential services and labor market integration

The project idea of NAVI-MIG was created as a contribution to the inclusion and integration of recently arrived migrants. Successful migration integration starts with enabling newly arrived migrants to access essential services and support their integration into society and labour market. In this framework, the project objectives are to contribute to migrants' ability to independently leave and quickly get oriented in the new country, as well as provide an overview of, quick and easy access to key public services like welfare and healthcare services, integration programs, language teaching, educational and vocational training programmes etc. These will be achieved through the development of the NAVI-MIG application and also by providing relevant training to migrants to use it, in order to decrease barriers to using services, as well as support and facilitate the efforts of public administrations at local, national and EU level by promoting related services and programmes on the NAVI-MIG application.

Entrepreneur is a project which aims to support European universities in becoming more entrepreneurial and innovative. By fostering transversal competences of the future along with an entrepreneurial mindset, the consortium of Entrepreneur will secure a new generation of student and academic entrepreneurs and innovators. The project will bring radical change by creating student-centred, non-elitist, open and inclusive universities based on collaboration between higher education institutions, public and private sectors, and citizens. The ultimate aim is to strengthen the integration within and between innovation ecosystems.

Youthful is an innovative Erasmus+ funded programme that plans to change how young people deal with stress-related work and life challenges. Its main goal is to equip youth workers with the necessary knowledge and practices regarding mindfulness, in order to be able to support youth to cope with work-related stress and improve their well-being and quality of life.
Digital Mentoring and Traineeship

The DIGITRAIN: Digital Mentoring and Traineeship project aims to take advantage of the opportunities that digitalization offers by equipping teachers from rural areas with techniques and skills for more participatory teaching and the use of a digital traineeship's innovative methodology. Schools will be able to include mentors (entrepreneurs and managers) in their mentorship work with students, thanks to an innovative model of Digital Traineeship that will be developed in the framework of the project. The project results also include the development of educational content and guidebooks, as well as an online digital mentorship, traineeship and talent searching portal. The project is funded by the ERASMUS+ programme and has a duration of 2 years.
CLIPE

CLIPE (Creating Lively Interactive Populated Environments) is a training and research project, with the aim to design the next-generation of VR-ready characters and train the new generation of researchers in new techniques. The CLIPE network consists of 10 universities/research centers and 5 industrial partners. GrantXpert is responsible for the project's Administrative and Financial Management on behalf of UCY (Project Coordinator) and will also be involved in the organisation of some of the project's training workshops. CLIPE has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 860768.
DigiENTAiD: Digital First Aid Kit ENTrepreneur’s for recovering from COVID-19 pandemic

The DigiENTAiD project aims to support small businesses and self-employed, affected by the crisis created due to the COVID-19 pandemic, to become crisis resilient through digital business models and digital outreach to customers. This will be achieved by increasing their digital organizational readiness and digital competences through a highly innovative training toolkit, based on a Matrix of Crisis Resilience and Digital Customer Retention Competences and on a self-assessment tool. During the project, a blended training program on “Crisis resilience, business sustainability and digital readiness” will also be developed. The project activities will also support the professional use of IT and digital marketing and increase the awareness of good practices related to more efficient digital business models and transversal methodologies. The project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme and has a duration of 2 years.

THRIVE@WORK: Training programme for well-being at work for HR managers that want their organisations to thrive

THRIVE@WORK project aims to shine a light on the importance of efficient leadership and mentoring in promoting workplace well-being. Through the development of an innovative Training Programme for HR Managers (in-company VET Trainers) in any type of company/organisation, external VET trainers, professional coaches/mentors and consultants, the project objectives are to promote workplace well-being to have a positive effect on employee performance and organizational growth, as well as to build the capacity of HR Managers to include well-being programmes and policies in their HR Strategy. To achieve this, THRIVE@WORK’s consortium will use evidence-based and scientifically proven methods deriving from Positive Psychology’s principles and specifically PERMA model. The project is funded by the ERASMUS+ programme and will have a total duration of 2 years.
