GrantXpert Consulting and EY Cyprus jointly deliver a two-day Enhancing Communication Skills Programme focused on the communication skills that shape everyday workplace relationships.
Effective communication goes beyond expressing ideas clearly.
It also requires the ability to recognise emotions, understand different perspectives, listen with attention, and respond in a way that encourages trust and openness.
When those skills are missing, misunderstandings increase, important information may be overlooked, and workplace relationships can become more difficult.
The programme helps participants become more aware of how they communicate and how their verbal and non-verbal behaviour affects others.
Through empathy, active listening, powerful questioning, and practical communication techniques, participants learn how to approach conversations with greater clarity, awareness, and confidence.
The programme is practical, reflective, and highly interactive. Participants explore their own communication habits and practise new techniques through discussions, case studies, paired activities, questionnaires, and role play.
What you will gain from the seminar:
Practical techniques for communicating more clearly and confidently in workplace situations.
Greater awareness of emotions, empathy, and their influence on professional relationships.
Stronger active listening skills and a better understanding of verbal and non-verbal communication.
Techniques for probing, paraphrasing, reflecting, and overcoming communication barriers.
The ability to ask more purposeful questions that encourage open conversations.
Greater confidence in building rapport and responding more effectively to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
