GrantXpert Consulting and EY Cyprus jointly deliver a three-day Management Development Program that addresses the evolving realities of leadership in modern organisations.
Leadership expectations have changed.
Work no longer happens only within physical offices, and managers are now required to lead across hybrid and remote environments while maintaining performance, trust, and engagement.
Hybrid and remote work models place greater pressure on managers to communicate clearly, coordinate dispersed teams, and navigate complexity and change.
Many professionals step into leadership roles without targeted preparation for these realities, creating gaps between responsibility and readiness.
The Management Development Program is designed to close this gap.
It supports current and aspiring managers in developing the skills required to lead with confidence across both physical and virtual settings.
Core management principles are combined with practical digital approaches that reflect everyday organisational practice.
What you will gain from the seminar:
Practical skills to lead teams effectively in hybrid and remote working environments.
Confidence in applying management principles to daily leadership decisions and responsibilities.
Clear and structured communication techniques, including constructive feedback.
Tools to build and sustain cohesive, high-performing teams across physical and digital spaces.
Approaches to addressing conflict and strengthening collaboration within diverse teams.
Effective use of digital collaboration tools to support productivity and accountability.
