HRDA Seminar: Management Development Program

GrantXpert Consulting and EY Cyprus jointly deliver a three-day Management Development Program designed to strengthen the practical skills managers need to lead people, manage performance, and work more effectively with AI.

Moving into a management role involves much more than taking responsibility for tasks and results.

Managers are expected to motivate employees, provide constructive feedback, delegate effectively, manage performance, address conflict, and create the conditions for teams to succeed.

At the same time, the role of the manager is changing as artificial intelligence and digital technologies become part of everyday work.

The programme combines essential people-management skills with practical AI applications, helping participants understand how tools such as Microsoft Copilot can support communication, productivity, presentations, written work, and the effective use of Microsoft Office applications.

Participants will also learn how to write effective prompts, use the SMART framework to set clear goals, and apply AI to real workplace challenges and time-consuming managerial tasks.

The programme is practical, reflective, and highly interactive. Participants develop their skills through case studies, role play, group activities, workplace scenarios, practical demonstrations, and hands-on AI exercises.

The seminar is partially funded by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA), subject to meeting the relevant eligibility criteria.
