GrantXpert Consulting and EY Cyprus combine their expertise to deliver a 3-day Management Development Program designed to redefine how leadership is practised in modern organisations.
SEMINAR OVERVIEW
Effective leadership no longer ends at the office door.
As hybrid and remote work have become integral to organisational life, managers are now expected to lead dispersed teams, sustain motivation across digital spaces, and build trust without constant physical presence. Traditional management skills alone are no longer sufficient.
The Management Development Program prepares current and aspiring leaders to thrive in this evolving environment. Through a combination of management fundamentals and future-ready digital practices, participants will gain confidence and competence to lead in both physical and virtual contexts.
Interactive case studies, simulations, and reflection exercises will enable participants to apply theory to practice and develop a leadership style that is adaptable, ethical, and digitally fluent.
The result is a manager who can guide high-performing teams, enhance engagement, and ensure organisational resilience in the new world of work.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Participants will:
Develop the mindset and skills to lead confidently in hybrid and remote environments.
Translate management theory into practical tools for day-to-day leadership.
Strengthen communication, motivation, and feedback delivery.
Build and sustain high-performing teams across physical and digital spaces.
Resolve conflict and maintain cohesion in diverse team structures.
Use digital collaboration tools to enhance productivity and connection.
