Digital Mentoring and Traineeship
The DIGITRAIN: Digital Mentoring and Traineeship project aims to take advantage of the opportunities that digitalization offers by equipping teachers from rural areas with techniques and skills for more participatory teaching and the use of a digital traineeship's innovative methodology. Schools will be able to include mentors (entrepreneurs and managers) in their mentorship work with students, thanks to an innovative model of Digital Traineeship that will be developed in the framework of the project. The project results also include the development of educational content and guidebooks, as well as an online digital mentorship, traineeship and talent searching portal. The project is funded by the ERASMUS+ programme and has a duration of 2 years.
