TRANSFORM
TRANSFORM is an Erasmus+ project that aims to address labour shortages by supporting the reskilling of workers in line with the green and digital transition. Focusing on key sectors such as tourism, agri-food and energy, the project will equip adult workers with digital, green and entrepreneurial skills, while helping Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) identify emerging skills needs and manage workforce transitions. Through modular training courses, career guidance services and the Smart Skills Intelligence Portal, TRANSFORM will provide practical tools and learning opportunities that respond to real labour market needs and contribute to sustainable regional development.
