GrantXpert Updates Its Gender Equality Plan

GrantXpert Consulting is pleased to announce the updated version of its Gender Equality Plan, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to creating a fair, inclusive and respectful workplace for all.

The updated Plan sets out our approach to promoting equal opportunities and fair treatment across all areas of employment, including recruitment and hiring, professional development, work-life balance, pay equity, workplace culture, and leadership and decision-making. It also reinforces our zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, violence and harassment in the workplace.
