B-Kinetic Selected for Funding under the EIT Higher Education Initiative (Cohort 4)

We are delighted to announce that our project B-Kinetic has been selected for funding as part of the EIT Higher Education Initiative (HEI) Cohort 4!


WHAT IS B-KINETIC?


B-Kinetic is an exciting project aiming to empower universities across Europe to become more innovative, entrepreneurial, and connected to society and industry. It supports students, researchers, and staff in turning ideas into action through interdisciplinary collaboration, modern learning tools, and strong ties with business and policymakers. A central aspect of B-Kinetic is its alignment with the EIT Knowledge Triangle, combining education, research, and business to drive sustainable innovation.

The B-Kinetic consortium brings together eight partners from across Europe:

ACTIVITIES


During the project, B-Kinetic will carry out the following key activities:

  • Promoting entrepreneurial skills and interdisciplinary learning

  • Creating innovation hubs across partner universities

  • Enhancing technology transfer through IP tools and patent strategies

  • Strengthening partnerships with industry and policymakers

  • Supporting diversity and inclusive education

  • Launching joint educational formats: courses, hackathons, and challenge-based learning

  • Improving university support systems like TTOs and innovation centres


IMPACT


B-Kinetic aims to build a strong culture of innovation in higher education, develop lasting teaching models, and prepare future leaders to address global and local challenges.
