SAIEnG - Smart AI-powered Energy Management System for Greener Communal Residences

ree

The SAIEnG project will foster environmentally conscious practices by realizing a Smart, AI-powered, Energy Management System for Greener Communal Residential Buildings in urban environments.

The SAIEnG project aims at supporting productivity, competitiveness, and economy growth by:

(a) facilitating the exchange of information and electricity, improving system stability and efficiency;

(b) promoting effective use of smart grids and energy resources by involving all stakeholders, the governance, and the communities;

(c) at the authority level: optimizing the balance between grid-supplied energy and renewable resources to maximize energy self-consumption (i.e., energy consumed directly from renewable sources as produced); and

(d) at the citizens level: enhancing user comfort while reducing associated energy costs and CO2 emissions.

Our mission is to improve the way energy is managed in residential buildings, making urban living more sustainable and environmentally friendly. With advanced AI technology, our system will optimize energy consumption, enhance user comfort, and lower CO2 emissions, contributing to a greener future for all.
